As a veterinarian, I have been in clinical practice, along with being the practice manager, for more than 30 years. Working with many breeders in the field of reproduction, I’ve seen the impact of communication on the outcome for our patients and clients. The last 7 years, I’ve been an educator, trainer and speaker in clinical communication skills, and experienced how our own work satisfaction and wellbeing can be influence by improving communication skills.
