Manuel Magalhães-Sant'Ana

Manuel Magalhães-Sant'Ana graduated from the University of Porto, Portugal, in 2001. He is EBVS® European Veterinary Specialist in Animal Welfare Science, Ethics and Law and a Research Fellow at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Lisbon, Portugal. His research interests include the promotion of animal welfare and veterinary professional standards through guidance, regulation and education.
